Doodle for Google Contest

Each year, Google has a contest for students to design the doodle for their home page.  The theme this year is “I show kindness by…” The contest is open to students in grades K-12, with the top prize being college scholarship money, a trip to their headquarters in California, and resources for the school.  Students in grades 3 to 5 are being introduced to the contest in art class this week and entry forms are being provided to those interested in completing a design. If your artist would like to enter their doodle, please send in their completed entry form to Mrs. Alger by March 9.  Parents may also enter their child's design online if you prefer.
