1. Login into https://www.hcpss.org/connect/ (Log in and password needed)

2. From the menu on the left side on the screen, choose "More Options (Family File, Report Cards, etc.)

3. Click the "Family File" box

4. Complete Form and "submit"

5. Important: After submitting form, ALL FAMILIES should complete the FREE & DISCOUNTED BENEFITS form.
