The FluMist Clinic for Longfellow students has been rescheduled for Wednesday, December 16th, 2015 during school hours. If you would like your student to receive this vaccine, please return the consent form to school.  If your child receives a flu vaccination or any other type of immunization between now and the school flu clinic, and you have previously consented to have your child vaccinated at school or have any questions please contact Mrs. Spencer or Mrs. McHale at 410-313-2560.
