Big Smiles Maryland Dental Clinic - Monday, November 18th

Longfellow Elementary will host the Big Smiles Maryland Dental Clinic for students during the school day on Monday, November 18th. Students may participate in the clinic with parent permission. A state licensed dentist will examine your child’s teeth and mouth, as well as provide a cleaning, X rays as needed, fluoride treatment, and sealants as needed. Please see the consent form for details. Parental consent forms were sent home Wednesday, 10/2/19 with students. If you would like your student to participate, please return the completed consent form to the Health Room as soon as possible. Please contact the health room with questions. Thank you!

Back to School Night - Thursday, Sept. 19

Our annual Back to School Night will take place on Thursday, September 19th. Families in grades 1 to 5 are encouraged to join us as we share information about the upcoming school year and learn more about how you can get involved in your students education. Families will have the opportunity to meet teachers, join our PTA, complete emergency forms and learn more about volunteer opportunities here at LoES. A food truck will also be on site offering dinner options for interested families. Below is a schedule of events planned for the evening: 6:00 pm - GT presentation in room 190 6:30 pm - Administrative presentation in the cafeteria 7:00 pm - Grade level presentations fro grades 1 to 5 We hope to see you there!

Free and Reduced Meals Program (FARMs)
